About Us
After many years working for other heating firms, I was alarmed to find that the customers needs were not always at the heart of the companies I had worked for. Many times I found I was regularly targeted to sell further services that a customer did not need and to complete work in very short timescales. I knew I could offer good quality work and a better service to my clientele, it was then that I established Shenley Gas Services in the year 2009. This small family run business that has regular clientele of private householders, landlords and letting agencies. We regularly keep up to date with the new Gas Safe regulations and attend regular training courses to keep up to date with the industry.
Customer Care
We genuinely care about the quality of service we offer our customers from first contact to the completion of the work we are asked to carry out. We aim to become our customers first point of contact for all their gas and plumbing needs, extending that first contact into a relationship hopefully lasting many years and as such we recognise that our customers expect and deserve high quality customer service. We aim to respond quickly to your enquiries via email or phone.

As a locally focused company we know our reputation depends on each and every customer experience and we aim to be the local company our customers can depend upon. So much so, that many of our customers are referrals from existing customers and we would like to keep it that way and be consistently providing the highest level of customer service.
Trust
The key to a successful relationship, business or otherwise is trust. We strive to create that trust with our customers everyday. Trust is not a given, it needs to be earned, and once earned not squandered, after all without trust we do not have a business.
